Oliomio Gold compact olive oil mill

Oliomio Gold is ideal for producers who want to process olives immediately after harvesting and thus obtain high quality extra virgin olive oil.

It processes 90-100 kg of olives/hour and is suitable for an 8-hour daily production of around 700-800 kg.

It is equipped with a blade crusher, a continuous horizontal crusher and a new generation 2-stage clarifier.

Cleaning the shredder is fully automatic through the washing circuit.

Standard equipment includes inverter for adjusting crusher speed, olive and paste feed, water dosing flow meter, cylinder washing kit, grass heating system with temperature sensor and display on control panel, inverter for adjustment of the speed of the pulp feed screw to the decanter, the beater washing kit and the bagasse discharge pump PSS.1.

The decanter spouts are adjustable.

It is recommended to combine the Oliomio GOLD with the DLE Baby washer-defoliator and the oil collection tray with cardboard filter 20×20 model CPF.0.
