2. Automatic Shipping Cost Calculation for EU Countries:
To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, MagMag is implementing an automatic system for calculating shipping costs. This system will be available to all our customers in Portugal and EU countries. Currently, it is only available for Spain (ES), France (FR), and Belgium (BE), but we are working to add all EU countries.
How It Works:
- During the checkout process, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the products in your cart.
Free Shipping Policy:
- Specific items may have free shipping to specific destinations.
This automatic approach to determining shipping costs allows you to have a clear view of the associated costs before finalizing your purchase, making the entire process more efficient and satisfying.
3. Custom Quotes for Other Countries
For our customers for whom we do not yet have an automatic shipping cost calculation system, MagMag offers a personalized shipping quote service.
How to Request a Custom Quote:
- Direct Contact: We encourage customers interested in receiving their orders in countries outside the automatic shipping zones to contact us directly. We provide various contact methods, including email, phone, and WhatsApp, to facilitate quote requests.
- Online Form: Alternatively, you can fill out the contact form available on our website. Please provide details such as your complete address, the list of desired products, and any other relevant information that may influence the calculation of shipping costs.

- After shipment, we will provide you with a tracking number along with the tracking link of the carrier, which can be used on the carrier's website to track the status of your delivery in real-time.
2. What to do if my order is damaged or if items are missing?
- In case of damage or missing items, please contact our customer support immediately. We will provide a solution, which may include replacing the item or issuing a full or partial refund.
3. What are the available shipping options?
- We offer various shipping options depending on the customer's location and the urgency of delivery. Specific options and associated costs can be viewed during the checkout process or by requesting a customized quote.
4. Can I change the delivery address after the order has been shipped?
- Once the order has been shipped, it is generally not possible to change the delivery address. However, we suggest contacting our customer support as soon as possible to explore potential solutions.
5. What is the return policy for orders?
- Returns and Exchanges: We provide clear instructions on how to proceed in case of the need for a return or exchange, in accordance with the deadline established by Portuguese law. Generally, the deadline is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer, as established by Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, which regulates contracts concluded at a distance and contracts concluded away from business premises. We establish deadlines and conditions that respect the rights and legal regulations of our customers. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that the return or exchange process is simple and efficient.
6. Shipping Terms and Conditions
Our shipping policy has been created with clarity and transparency for our customers in mind. Below, you will find the most important information regarding our shipping services:
- Service Coverage: We can ship our products worldwide. For countries not covered by the automatic shipping cost calculation system, simply request a quote for the shipping cost.
- Costs and Fees: For countries outside the EU, there may be customs costs or transportation insurance fees that can be negotiated depending on the desired shipping method by the customer.
- Shipping Process:
Shipments to the EU: We ensure that orders are processed efficiently and shipped directly to the destination chosen by the customer within the European Union. We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of products.
Shipments outside the EU:
- To Europe but outside the European Union (DAP): We use the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), which means we take responsibility for transportation to the destination specified by the customer, except for import costs, taxes, and customs duties, which will be borne by the recipient.
- United States, Canada, Australia (DAP): Similarly, for these countries, we adopt the Incoterm DAP, ensuring that delivery is made to the designated location, while any customs obligations or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Other countries (CFR or CIF): For shipments to other countries, we offer the flexibility to choose between Incoterms CFR (Cost and Freight) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), depending on the specific needs of the customer. CFR transfers responsibility to the buyer when the goods are loaded onto the ship at the port of origin, while CIF also includes the cost of marine insurance. This choice is negotiated with the customer to ensure that their preferences and requirements are met, providing a shipping solution that minimizes potential losses or damages during transportation and unloading at the destination country.
