What are my rights?
At any time, you can request from us:
- Access to the information we have about you;
- The rectification of information if it is incorrect or incomplete;
- To erase or limit the processing of your personal data;
- If the processing depends on your consent or agreement and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive the personal data you have previously provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Your requests will be treated with special care to ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to prove your identity to ensure that the sharing of personal data is only done with its subject.
Please be aware that in certain cases (for example, due to legal requirements) your request may not be immediately satisfied.
In any case, you will be informed of the measures taken in this regard, within a maximum period of one month from the moment the request is made.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Portuguese National Data Protection Commission.
The data subject has the right to obtain from MAGAGER confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and if so, to access his or her personal data and the information provided by law.
If you wish for more than one copy of your personal data undergoing processing, MAGAGER may subject this service to a fee for administrative costs.
The data subject has the right to obtain from MAGAGER, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data concerning him or her.
The data subject has the right to ask MAGAGER to erase his or her data without undue delay, and MAGAGER has the obligation to erase personal data when applicable, especially under one of the following reasons:
- The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- The data subject withdraws consent on which the processing is based (in cases where the processing is based on consent) and where there is no other legal ground for the processing;
- The data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
The data subject has the right to obtain from MAGAGER restriction of processing under certain conditions, especially if:
- Contesting the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling MAGAGER to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- The processing is lawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
- MAGAGER no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims;
- The data subject has objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
If the processing depends on the data subject's consent and such consent has been given by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to MAGAGER, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
In cases where data processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by MAGAGER; or 2) the processing of data is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing; or 3) profiling, the data subject may, at any time, object to the processing of his or her personal data.
