The oil collection reservoir, entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, was designed to receive the oil extracted from the decanter.
The CP.0-1 does not have a filter; the CPF.0-1 version, including a Jolly filter with 20 plates (20x20), was designed to filter the extra virgin olive oil throughout the transfer of the product to the tanks.
The oil collected in the reservoir is sucked up by the pump and transferred to the plate filter, where it comes out ready to be used.
