The Donker’s BT62RS is a robust and professional hydraulic chipper, developed for intensive use in agricultural, forestry, and landscaping contexts. Designed for tractors with a minimum power of 30 HP and a power take-off at 540 rpm, it offers high chipping efficiency with minimal operator effort.

The automatic hydraulic feed system, consisting of two feed rollers, is driven directly by the tractor's hydraulics, eliminating the need to manually push branches. The feed speed can be adjusted according to the diameter and hardness of the material, ensuring total control and greater safety during operation.

The cutting assembly is based on a 76 cm diameter flywheel, weighing about 95 kg, equipped with four reversible rotary blades and a fixed counter-blade, ensuring clean, consistent, and durable cuts. The integrated blades in the flywheel create strong suction, reducing blockages and significantly improving the expulsion of chipped material.

The feed hopper has a wide top opening of approximately 63.5 × 63.5 cm, allowing for easy introduction of waste. The lower entry accepts branches up to 16.5 cm in diameter, which can be slightly larger in the case of softer woods.

The discharge chute, about 220 cm high, is 360° rotatable and allows for a reach of up to 10 m, facilitating direct discharge into trailers, big bags, or onto the ground as needed.

Constructed from thick steel (10–12 mm in structural areas and 4–6 mm in other components), the BT62RS stands out for its durability and wear resistance. Maintenance is simple and quick: the flywheel cover opens with just one screw, allowing direct access to the blades, which are reversible for greater longevity.
