The Grifo Crusher and De-Stemmer with pump has an hourly production of 2000 kg/h and has a lacquered finish, providing durability and protection. Equipped with a spacious loading bucket, it facilitates the filling process.
The grapes are separated from the stems using a destemming shaft and a removable grate. The must is transported to the barrel by a centrifugal pump, renowned for its quality and generous size. The 1.5 kW electric motor drives the internal mechanisms, including the upper and lower screw conveyors and the destemming shaft.
The folding opening system, together with the removable grille, ensures quick and thorough cleaning. The robust construction and lacquered finish ensure reliability, with simple maintenance maintaining high and consistent performance.
