It processes 50-60 kg of olives/hour and is suitable for an 8-hour daily production of around 350-450 kg.
It is equipped with a blade grinder, a horizontal grinder and an innovative 2-stage decanter.
The standard equipment includes the inverter for adjusting the dough feeding speed, the water metering flow meter, the cylinder washing kit, heating in the beater cavity using an electrical resistance (without temperature indicator) and the inverter for adjustment of the speed of the paste feed screw to the decanter.
