What is it used for?
The AVG MTC rotary mouldboard plow for motor cultivators is an accessory adaptable to a motor cultivator that allows aeration and circulation of rainwater through cuts in certain parts of the soil to the deep layers of the earth. How is the work system?
The working system of the AVG MTC mouldboard plow consists of two plowshares, one placed above the other. Each of its faces cuts and turns a rectangular-shaped section of soil, with a width equal to the cut and a height equal to the depth of intervention. Each body has a compartment that is responsible for cutting horizontally and a mouldboard that rotates the strip of soil, cutting and lifting it. The blade helps in vertically cutting the soil section. The plow's intervention depth should be approximately between 60 and 80% of the coulter's working width. This width is measured perpendicular to the direction of travel. The average mouldboard angle, together with the travel speed, indicates the degree of soil pulverization.

The AVG MTC plow is perfect for any type of soil due to its two wings that perfectly cut sections of soil. In general terms, three geometric shapes of moldboards can be highlighted:
Cylindrical - Throughout the work on the entire blade they maintain the curvature like a cylinder. The sliding of sections of land follows a helical trajectory, causing them to fracture and disintegrate. With these mouldboards, it is not possible to operate at high speeds.
Universal - The front part is cylindrical and the wing is curved, facilitating the disintegration and turning of the earth that is raised with the plow. As the name suggests, it is the most widespread form.
Deformed or helical - The AVG MTC mouldboard plow is shaped like this. The wings, which are more elongated than the previous two formats, help in the rotation or inversion of the terrestrial prism, but with little disintegration.
Recommendations
