The crusher discharges the paste directly into beater 1 which, once full, automatically transfers it to beater 2.
The beater 2 pump then transfers it to the decanter.
Very important for the final quality of the product is that the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the grinder paste does not exceed 1-2 degrees.
The beater is closed to prevent excessive oxidation of the paste.
The horizontal decanter that separates the liquid from the solid was developed to achieve maximum quality;
Auger 2.0 was designed to obtain a cleaner product as there is no increase in temperature during extraction.
It is recommended to combine the Oliomio Profy with the DLE Mini defoliator-washer and the oil collection tray with cardboard filter 20×20 model CPF.1.
